60 MINUTES INTEGRATED THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A one hour session allows time for a full body relaxation massage, integrating swedish massage, body mobilization techniques, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, or focused work on a specific issue (such as areas of chronic tension and/or pain), using deep tissue masaage or neuromuscular therapy.
90 MINUTES INTEGRATED THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A 90 minute session allows time for the body to really drop in, the sympathetic nervous system to relax, and gives me ample time to address your entire body as well as specific areas of tension and/or pain. You will have time to absolutely m-e-l-t.
